Meet Gregory Lennon

Gregory Lennon began his meditation journey in 2016 after experiencing burnout as a front-line public safety worker for over two decades. Seeking ways to manage the intense demands of his profession, he completed a mindfulness-based stress reduction course at UMass Medical Center, which set him on a path of deep practice and study. Gregory holds certification in Mindfulness Mentoring and is on the 2-year teacher's path under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Gregory is also a teacher in training at The Well & Being Center for Mindfulness.

He has deepened his practice through daily meditation, retreats, and education. Gregory integrates his experience from high-pressure environments—where clarity, equanimity, and resilience are essential—into his teaching.

Meditation has been a life-changing practice for him, and he is committed to making mindfulness and meditation as accessible as possible. Gregory is dedicated to fostering a community where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed, valued, and supported in their practice.
